Our Story

My family is one of the first families in Cyprus to produce dairy products. Back in 1960 my grandfather founded in Athienou, Larnaca province in Cyprus established the first small dairy that produced traditional halloumi and other dairy products meeting the needs of the domestic market. The tradition of the grandfather we continued the next generations with diligence and zeal and with respect for the place, the tradition and the people. Then, our company shifted its headquarters to northern Greece, it merged with an existing local product company. The transfer of our company to Greece took place for economies of scale, better quality raw materials from large farms, modern equipment but also better and faster ways of distributing our products elements that have a decisive influence both the quality of the products produced and their price.
